Geometry
Geometry
Ocean defines the Slb.Ocean.Geometry namespace, which contains types that
represent geometric objects in Ocean applications. The basic types define points, lines,
angles, planes, and boxes. A more advanced type, the lattice, defines the real world
location of a 2-dimensional array of sample values.
Point2 and Point3 Classes
The Slb.Ocean.Geometry namespace defines two sealed point classes called Point2
and Point3. These classes define a point in the 2D or 3D Euclidean space respectively.
The Point2 and Point3 classes are most often used when locations of domain objects
such as boreholes or grid cell nodes are referenced.
