4.18 Here we f<strong>in</strong>d that gra<strong>in</strong> mill products, sugar products, o<strong>the</strong>r food products and<br />

agricultural, wood and coal products rema<strong>in</strong> important expenditure items for lower<br />

<strong>in</strong>come households even with <strong>in</strong>creases <strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong>come. In contrast we see <strong>in</strong>creased<br />

expenditure on meat, fuel, electrical appliances, cloth<strong>in</strong>g and dairy products for<br />

<strong>the</strong> higher <strong>in</strong>come groups at <strong>the</strong> cost <strong>of</strong> gra<strong>in</strong> mill, sugar and coal products.<br />

4.19 In conclusion we note <strong>the</strong> relative importance <strong>of</strong> wood and coal products for <strong>the</strong><br />

lower <strong>in</strong>come groups must <strong>in</strong>dicate how important access is to natural sources<br />

and sell<strong>in</strong>gs po<strong>in</strong>ts.<br />
