RECOMMENDATION
SIXTEEN
Southern Authority to work with the agency to establish outcomes and
outcome measures for the agency, particularly with respect to children in
care. This could assist in earlier identification of cases where there is a lack
of planning and/or where the agency's practice does not meet standards. For
example, one of the outcomes could be a limit on the number of moves
within a specified time frame. The data to measure this outcome would
identify children who have multiple moves beyond the acceptable level.
This would assist both the agency and the Authority to become aware of
such cases and to take corrective action.
RKCOMMENDTION SEVENTEEN
