The Executive Comnittee of the PEIA shaLL consist of the Chaitman, Secretarg,

the authoritg corwnon)g conferred on such bodies bg the recognized rul,es of
order.
Ang proposition affecting the fundanrentai regu)ations, po)icies or weffare
of Ehe Association sha-i-Z first be referred. to the Executive Cownittee. No
vote shafl, be taken by tbe Association on such a proposition un-less t}le
nr:mbership, through the officiaL publication or bg individual, notice, has
been notified at feast one month in advance of such vote.
