Meetinqs and Elections:<br />
Meetings of the PEIA shaLL be twice a gear. one of which coincides wjth<br />
the United States <strong>Parachute</strong> Association wintet BoaEd of Directots Meeting<br />
and the other during the U.S. National, <strong>Parachute</strong> Championships. Regu.lar<br />
fi€etings of the PEIA wiLL be announced in writing to a),1 menbers at .least<br />
thirtg (30) dags in advance of the neeting. A Legal quotum sha.I.l consist<br />
of no Less than twentg-five (25) percent of the currentl.g enrolLed<br />
membership.<br />
