The Parachute Branch at the Air Force Academy has requested I
obtain tandem harness/container systems and Ram-Air main canopies
frorn parachute manufacturers for test and evaluation purposes
only. The eystem and other requirements are listed in Atch I.
The items w111 be evaluated for use in demonstration junping.
If you wish to provide these items for test and evaluation,
under the conditions set forth on the attached USAFA Form 23,
you must conplete and send one 6et (3 copies) of this form before
shipment of the items (one signed copy will be returned
to you). Send the completed USAFA Form 23 to:
