-qshowpdf Option<br />

Syntax<br />

-qshowpdf | -qnoshowpdf<br />

Used together with -qpdf1 to add additional call and block count profiling<br />

in<strong>for</strong>mation to an executable.<br />

When specified together with -qpdf1, the compiler inserts additional profiling<br />

in<strong>for</strong>mation into the compiled application to collect call and block counts <strong>for</strong> all<br />

procedures in the application. Running the compiled application will record the<br />

call and block counts to the ._pdf file.<br />

After you run your application with training data, you can retrieve the contents of<br />

the ._pdf file with the showpdf utility. This utility is described in “-qpdf Option”<br />

on page 210.<br />
