4.4.6.2 Construction Framework EMP<br />
The Construction Framework EMP should provide <strong>the</strong> overarching environmental<br />
management in<strong>for</strong>mation relevant to a project. It should include all <strong>the</strong> in<strong>for</strong>mation<br />
described in <strong>the</strong> ‘Background’ and ‘<strong>Environmental</strong> <strong>Management</strong>’ EMP sections as well<br />
as:<br />
• document structure and relationship to <strong>the</strong> sub-plans and CMSs<br />
• matrix <strong>of</strong> sub-plans and <strong>the</strong> CMSs to be prepared<br />
• individual risk assessments on each CMS<br />
• timeframes <strong>for</strong> preparation, implementation, review and completion <strong>of</strong> sub-plans<br />
and CMSs<br />
• details <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> community consultation process, roles and responsibilities, and<br />
• parts <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> ‘Monitoring and Review’ EMP section, including in<strong>for</strong>mation detailing<br />
project environmental auditing, corrective action, document control and EMP<br />
review.<br />
