industrial sector and insignificant changes in<br />

quantity, type and quality of fuels burned in<br />

energy producti<strong>on</strong><br />

•Increased c<strong>on</strong>sumpti<strong>on</strong> of the coals and<br />

other solid resources in residential sector<br />

•Lack of enough financial sources and<br />

technical expertise for the achievement of<br />

the reducti<strong>on</strong> or eliminati<strong>on</strong> of the<br />

unintenti<strong>on</strong>ally produced POPs<br />

•Finalizing development of the NIP and<br />

Acti<strong>on</strong> Plans;<br />

Implementati<strong>on</strong> of the abovementi<strong>on</strong>ed<br />

plans;<br />

•Inducti<strong>on</strong> “step-by-step” the BAT and BEP<br />

in all sectors;<br />

•Building of the m<strong>on</strong>itoring system and<br />

laboratory structure for the unintenti<strong>on</strong>ally<br />

produced POPs<br />

•Involvement of the stakeholders in process<br />

of the reducti<strong>on</strong> or eliminati<strong>on</strong> of the<br />

sources of POPs<br />
