Moreland Hills Case no. 2004-1145 Web cite <strong>2006</strong>-<strong>Ohio</strong>-4 Denies a developer’s constitutional challenge to a local zoning ordinance preventing developers from building homes on half-acre lots in an area with a two-acre specified minimum lot size. Kelly (per curiam) Case no. 2005-2258 Web cite <strong>2006</strong>-<strong>Ohio</strong>-126 Grants a writ <strong>of</strong> habeas corpus ordering the immediate release <strong>of</strong> Henry Hernandez <strong>of</strong> Cleveland from prison, and bars the <strong>Ohio</strong> Adult Parole Authority from imposing any further term <strong>of</strong> postrelease control on him. Moyer, C.J., Resnick, Pfeifer, Lundberg Stratton, O’Connor, O’Donnell and Lanzinger, JJ., concur. <strong>State</strong> v. Hand Case no. 2003-1325 Web cite <strong>2006</strong>-<strong>Ohio</strong>-18 Affirms the aggravated murder convictions and death sentence <strong>of</strong> Gerald R. Hand for the January 2002 shooting deaths <strong>of</strong> his wife, Jill Hand, and friend and former employee, Lonnie Welch. At trial, Welch was alleged to be Hand’s co-conspirator in the unsolved murders <strong>of</strong> his first two wives in 1976 and 1979. Delaware C.P. No. 02CRI-08-366. Judgment affirmed.
