The post-retirement mortality table used is the 1994 Group Annuity Mortality Table. SDCERA’s<br />
Board adopted this table in March 2004. This assumption is used to measure the probabilities<br />
of members dying after retirement and the probabilities of each benefit payment being made<br />
after retirement. There is a 7 year age set forward on post-retirement mortality for General<br />
members with disabled retirement. Related values are shown below.<br />
