1941 <strong>Hudson</strong> Cab Pickup<br />

Continuing from previous years <strong>Hudson</strong><br />

offered two lines of pickups. <strong>The</strong> bottom line,<br />

Series 10C, featured a rather anemic 175 cid<br />

six cylinder engine brought <strong>for</strong>ward from the<br />

112 series cars, tho could be ordered with the<br />

larger 212 cid six.<br />

<strong>The</strong> truck was rated at 1/2 ton on a 116<br />

inch wb. It weighed 2,910 pounds and sold <strong>for</strong><br />

$687. <strong>The</strong> larger 18C Big Boy Cab pickup<br />

came on a 128 inch wb, featured the 3 x 5 212<br />

cid 6 Cyl., weighed 3,050 pounds and cost<br />

$775. For those who wished to supply their<br />

own body a chassis with cab was offered at<br />

$736.<br />

1942 <strong>Hudson</strong> 8-Pass. Station Wagon<br />

1942 would be the final year of wood bodies<br />

on any <strong>Hudson</strong> offering. Cantrell again supplied<br />

the bodies <strong>for</strong> this Super-Six offering,<br />

the only series to have a wagon body. Seating<br />

and other factors were the same as 1941.<br />

This model weighed 3,315 pounds and sold<br />

<strong>for</strong> $1,486.<br />
