Section 3: Provincial Championship Entry Deadlines:<br />
i) All teams must submit the completed Provincial Championship Team entry<br />
form, with appropriate fees to the <strong>Softball</strong> Sask. Office in Regina by<br />
4:00pm on or before JUNE 1st. (All entry forms must be accompanied with<br />
payment of fees).<br />
ii) Late Provincial Championship team entry forms will be accepted until 4pm<br />
on June 7th with an additional $100 late entry fee. No exceptions.<br />

Minor team Provincial Rosters must be received on or before 4:00pm<br />
on JUNE 1st. All Minor team rosters must be approved by the<br />
sponsoring League or Association <strong>Softball</strong> centre PRIOR to being<br />
submitted to <strong>Softball</strong> <strong>Saskatchewan</strong>.<br />
Adult team Provincial Rosters must be received on or before 4:00pm on<br />
June 17th. Note: Incomplete Provincial rosters will not be accepted and<br />
entry fees will not be refunded.<br />
Section 4: Re-classification of Team(s)<br />
All teams entering Provincial Championships are expected to enter in a category<br />
which corresponds to their demonstrated team capabilities. It is the Associations<br />
responsibility to strive to achieve this result. Following is the procedure to be used<br />
to re-classify team(s);<br />
a) The Competition Committee will investigate and be responsible to<br />
collect all relevant information and will interview coaches and other<br />
stakeholders if necessary. The Committee will then have the responsibility<br />
to determine whether or not the team in question has been entered into<br />
the appropriate category of play. Any decision made by the Committee will<br />
be done so prior to June 15 th of the current year and the Executive Director<br />
will notify all affected parties of the decision.<br />
b) Any affected party may appeal the decision of the Competition<br />
Committee by doing so in writing within 48 hours. The appeal will be dealt<br />
with according to our appeal procedures outlined in Section Seven of our<br />
Bylaws.<br />
