7.02 Appeal Hearing<br />
a) Cost $150.00 non-refundable.<br />
b) All affected parties will be given a minimum of two (2) days notice of the<br />
appeal date, time and location.<br />
c) The Association's Appeal Committee shall deliver its decision to all affected<br />
parties by registered mail no more than seven (7) days after the conclusion of<br />
the hearing.<br />
d) The appeal committee decisions shall comply with the terms of the<br />
Association's Bylaws, Constitutions and Operating Rules.<br />
e) The decision of the Association's Appeal Committee shall be final.<br />
Section Eight - Meetings of Members<br />
8.01 Annual Meetings<br />
The annual meeting of the members shall be held during the Month of April at such<br />
time in each year and at such place in <strong>Saskatchewan</strong> as the Board may from time to<br />
time determine.<br />
8.02 Special Meetings<br />
Special meetings of members may be held at such times and places as may be<br />
determined by the Board. All business transacted at a special meeting of members<br />
or at an annual meeting of members, other than:<br />
a) consideration for financial statements;<br />
b) consideration of an auditor's report;<br />
c) the election of directors;<br />
d) the reappointment of an incumbent auditor;<br />
e) the consideration of bylaws submitted by the directors, is deemed to be special<br />
business.<br />
8.03 Notice Of Meetings<br />
Notice of the time and place of each meeting of members shall be given in such<br />
manner as may be reasonably directed by the Board not less than fifteen (15) nor<br />
more than sixty (60) days before the date of the meeting to each director, member,<br />
zone and regional co-ordinator, and to the Umpire-In-Chief, Deputy Umpire-In-<br />
Chief and the auditor. Any such person may in any manner waive notice of or<br />
otherwise consent to a meeting of members, and the attendance of any such person<br />
at a meeting, except where he attends for the express purpose of objecting to the<br />
transaction of any business on the grounds that the meeting is not lawfully called,<br />
provided that inadvertence does not nullify a meeting. Notice of a meeting at which<br />
special business is to be transacted shall state:<br />
a) the nature of that business is sufficient detail to permit the members to form a<br />
reasoned judgement therein; and<br />
b) the test of any special resolution to be submitted to the meeting.<br />
