3 How to use this document This book is designed to raise awareness about the importance of movement in the early years of life. It will explore the role movement plays in human development and show how active movement is essential for helping your child to reach his or her potential. The diagram below illustrates the information journey though this resource. This is the first of many guides to exploring active movement.
