A.1 Pr<strong>in</strong>ciples, characteristics and the concept <strong>of</strong> a healthy balanced diet <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g<br />
recommended daily <strong>in</strong>take <strong>of</strong> all food groups, and how dietary imbalance may<br />
lead to disorder <strong>in</strong> the human body, to <strong>in</strong>clude:<br />
a. under-eat<strong>in</strong>g and over-eat<strong>in</strong>g<br />
b. age and level <strong>of</strong> activity.<br />
