credit for time served in the interim. The <strong>Supreme</strong> <strong>Court</strong> accepted the board‘s recommendation, but<br />

gave respondent credit for his interim suspension based the psychologist‘s testimony, and so ordered an<br />

indefinite suspension with credit for time served, and subject to conditions upon reinstatement, including a<br />
