Canines should be tilted more posteriorly than other anterior teeth, and should have a<br />
more prominent cervical neck<br />
- check symmetry against land area and land area reference lines<br />
- 1-2 mm horizontal overlap (overjet), .5 mm vertical overlap (overbite) – anterior teeth<br />
don't contact in centric position<br />
- for monoplane occlusions, NO OVERBITE is set - this means you need to determine<br />
the type of posterior occlusion to be set before the anterior teeth are set
