210 Effect • Drag and Drop Filters and Masks Drag and Drop Filters Filters from one layer can be copied to another layer using drag and drop. Click and drag on the layer’s image thumbnail and release the mouse on the layer’s image thumbnail where you want to copy the filter. When the cursor hovers over the image thumbnail of another layer, the cursor changes to a + sign indicating that it is ok to release the mouse.
