Notes<br />
• All students must register and pay fees at the beginning of their program of study and must<br />
maintain continuous registration and fee payment (except during approved leaves) until degree<br />
requirements have been completed and notification of approval to convocate has been received.<br />
• Students who have an unpaid <strong>University</strong> account for fees and/or other charges (including library<br />
fines and parking fines) at the time of re-registration at the start of each term will be deemed<br />
financially ineligible to register and the student may be restricted from re-registering in their<br />
program.<br />
• Students enrolled under the <strong>Trent</strong>/Queen’s agreement, while at <strong>Trent</strong>, are assessed Queen’s tuition<br />
fees and <strong>Trent</strong>’s ancillary fees.<br />
• A $75.00 late payment fee will be levied if payment is not made by any fee payment deadline<br />
date for any <strong>academic</strong> term.<br />
• In order to convocate, all students (full- and part-time) must have paid at least the minimum<br />
Degree Fee.<br />
• Provided the Degree Fee has been met, pro-rated refunds of tuition may be available (in<br />
accordance with <strong>Trent</strong> <strong>University</strong>’s <strong>Graduate</strong> Refund Schedule).
