Born on 26 'February 1900 in BIEDENKOPF. Subject arrived in JAPAN in<br />

February 19a5 where he worked Mt' Fugi Denki Seico K.K. an affiliation<br />

for East Asia. He joined the NSDAP in May 1933 in JAPAN and acted as<br />
