Intelligence Agent<br />
Subject is Iranian, about fifty-two years of age, five feet two inches tall,<br />
has a bald head and is a hunchback. He was an agent of t he SD. He was<br />
arrested with GORECHI in BERLIN late in 1944 for blackmail activity, but<br />
later freed.<br />
MOHTACHEM<br />
S ubject is chief of the BAKHTIARO tribes and was an accomplice in the plot<br />
against PAHLAVI. He IS about eighty years of age.<br />
MONSHIZADE, Dr.<br />
Editor<br />
Subject is Iranian, about thirty-three years of e, five feet seven inches<br />
tall and has curly hair which is dark blond. He was as tudent in BERLIN<br />
and later editor of the Arabian edition of the German magazine, Signal.<br />
Subject was trained with the Iranian Freikorps. He was last seen in BERLIN<br />
and is supposedly there at the present time.<br />
MORTEZA, KHAN<br />
General<br />
Subject was an Iranian <strong>Army</strong> general and commander of the Teheran division<br />
until 1941. Previous to that time he was Chief of Staff of the Iranian<br />
<strong>Army</strong>. He was an accomplice in the plot against PAHLAVI.<br />
NAGDI<br />
General<br />
Subject was <strong>Command</strong>er of the 2d Division in TEHERAN and was an accomplice<br />
in the plot against PAHLAVI.<br />
RASSULZADE, ALI KHAN<br />
Intelligehce Agent<br />
Subject is Iranian, about forty years of age and has a pockmarked face.<br />
He has no profession. Subject was a confidential -agent of Dr JOST of the<br />
Gestapo in BERLIN. , He tried to win Iranians for cooperation with the SD.<br />
He contacted the 3,000 Iranians who lived in PARIS, three fourths of which<br />
were naturalized Jews and turned certain ones over to the Gestapo. Subject<br />
was anti-British and anti-Jewish. He was later involved in illegal transactions<br />
with foreign currency and was arrested, but freed after two months<br />
by the Gestapo. He is a good friend of Dr. SCHMITZ, adjutant of SS Gruppenfuehrer<br />
SCHELLENBERG, chief of the SD. Subject had a hobby of reading cards.<br />
At the present time he is at VORARLBERG, and on good terns with the local<br />
French commander.<br />
