Born on 16 November 1914 in SOLINGEN. -Subject was detached to the German<br />
Embassy in ITALY for youth matters. He is classified by Ambrican authorities<br />
in ITALY as dangerous. The interrogation revealed that subject is an<br />
ardent Nazi. His promotion within the H. J., which carried him to the rank<br />
of Hauptsturmfuehrer, and his position in the German Embassy in ITALY as<br />
responsible authority for youth matters, give conclusive proof to the extent<br />
of his political "eliability". He impressed the interrogator as a convinced<br />
exponent of the Hitler Youth outlook on life. He is very intelligent,<br />
restrained, but cannot be trusted, nor is it believed that he will<br />
be responsive to any efforts to reeducate him. Subject. was transferred<br />
to Camp 75 for denazification on 6 November 1946.<br />

bassy claimed his services when subject was stranded in TOKYO in 1941. In<br />
June 1942 his services were claimed by the German Naval Attache. Subject<br />
was placed in the offices of G. Aronson Co., shipping agent YOKOHAMA. Subject<br />
was said to be reporting directly to MEISINGER (police chief in JAPAN)<br />
and has confessed that he had done some work for the German <strong>Army</strong> in AMERICA.<br />
