MANCHUKUO. Since there was no East Asia business during the war, VI 'C/4<br />

planned for veryj close cooperation with RICHTER after the war. It was to<br />

receive not only the large number of his contacts in Eastern Asia, but also<br />

those in STAATS RAT HELFFERICH, for whom RICHTER had worked as a secretary.<br />
