Material requirement for 1 m² floor<br />
heating with <strong>laying</strong> interval of 50 mm:<br />
The heating pipes are pressed into the<br />
nap panels according to the required pipe<br />
spacing.<br />
The nap panel also acts as reinforcement<br />
for the screed. Additional insulation and<br />
impact sound attenuation can be laid below<br />
the nap panels. Nap panels are joined<br />
together by over lapping and pressing<br />
together. The overlapping foil peripherals<br />
create an entire floor covering and<br />
watertight screed trough.<br />
Nap panel NP 11<br />
Polystyrene hard foam element (EPS)<br />
according to DIN 18164 part1 for low floor<br />
build heights. The covering and overlapping<br />
polystyrene foil acts as a sealant against<br />
screed and flowing screed according to<br />
DIN 18560. The positioning of the naps<br />
allow spacing’s of 80mm, 160 and 240 mm<br />
and their multiply as well as flexible pipe<br />
directions. Pipework can be positioned<br />
diagonally.<br />

Thermal insulation and impact sound<br />
attenuation element made of hard and<br />
soft foamed polystyrene EPS according<br />
to DIN 18164 part 2. The covering and<br />
overlapping polystyrene foil acts as a<br />
sealant against screed and flowing screed<br />
according to DIN 18560. The positioning of<br />
the naps allow spacing’s of 50 mm, 100 and<br />
150 mm and multiples as well as flexible<br />
pipe directions.<br />
Nap panel NP<br />
Cupped polystyrene component without<br />
insulation layer especially suitable for<br />
building renovations. Installed directly onto<br />
the base floor or on top of a pre-laid thermal<br />
insulation and impact sound attenuation<br />
layer.<br />
