Control station ready for connection of<br />

3 – 12 heating circuits for surface heating<br />

and two radiators. The flow temperature<br />

for the underfloor heating is mechanically<br />

controlled by a temperature limiter.<br />

Including circulator pump for underfloor<br />

heating and control of heating circuits.<br />

Differential control by means of mechanical<br />

overflow valve. Two multi-function valves<br />

guarantee the flushing of the underfloor<br />

heating circuits and the draining and<br />

bleeding. The valves are also equipped<br />

with a temperature dial which indicates flow<br />

and return temperatures. All electrical parts<br />

are mounted in a splash-proof switch box<br />

(IP54).<br />

The control station is mounted in a<br />

distributor cabinet made of galvanized<br />

steel sheet. The front door and front frame<br />

are white powder coated (RAL 9003) and<br />

shut by means of bolts. A cabinet door with<br />

cylinder lock is available upon request.<br />

The connection of the supply pipes for the<br />

control station is located on the right hand<br />

side with an external thread 1" (G). It is<br />

for direct connection to the <strong>HERZ</strong> plastic<br />

pipe connections 1 6198 xx or the <strong>HERZ</strong><br />

compression adapter 1 6273 01.<br />

The pipe connection for non-regulated<br />

heating circuits and surface heating is<br />

accessed from below. The distributions<br />

are supplied with G 3/4 external threads<br />

(eurocone). The connection with the pipe<br />

connections is carried out using <strong>HERZ</strong><br />

compression adapters or <strong>HERZ</strong> plastic pipe<br />

connections. We recommend <strong>HERZ</strong> plastic<br />

angle pipe sleeves 3 F110 0x to insert the<br />

pipes into the control station.<br />

The integrated switch box is to be<br />

connected with a power supply of 230 V ~,<br />

50 Hz (AC) IP54. All necessary electrical<br />

cables of the control station are already<br />

mounted and tested. The connection is only<br />

to be done by authorised staff.<br />

The multi-function valves serve to flush<br />

the entire station or single heating circuits.<br />

These valves are intended for flushing and<br />

can be mounted underneath the cover<br />

using a 1 ¼" external thread or a 1" female<br />

thread. The flow or return temperature is<br />

displayed at the hand wheels.<br />

An additional electrical safety thermostat<br />

switches the pump off as soon as it reaches<br />

excess temperature.<br />

with glycol-based frost protection of<br />

maximum 45%<br />

In order to control the room temperature<br />

of the corresponding heating circuits, a<br />

distributor is installed in the switch box<br />

which is wired with the actuators and<br />

the <strong>HERZ</strong> distributor circulating pump.<br />

The setting of the room thermostats with<br />

the corresponding heating circuits at the<br />

distributor is done during the installation<br />

of the <strong>system</strong>s. The power supply of the<br />

control station should be 1 ~ 230 V, 50 Hz<br />
