<strong>HERZ</strong> Distributor stations for<br />

heating and cooling<br />

Distributor stations for surface heating and<br />

cooling with common return flow. Control is<br />

effected by zone valves that are controlled<br />

by room thermostats. The return flow<br />

temperature control is also done by a zone<br />

valve. The flow rate is controlled by means<br />

of a circuit regulating valve. It is possible to<br />

install heat meters for individual calculation.<br />

A shutoff valve for the drinking water supply<br />

is supplied. The distributor station can be<br />

delivered with or without the distributor<br />

cabinet.<br />

Connections in modular design<br />

These heat transfer <strong>system</strong>s are<br />

equipped and manufactured according<br />

to requirements. The advantage of the<br />

installation is its’ functional and ready to<br />

use distributor station. These heat transfer<br />

stations mainly consist of <strong>HERZ</strong> standard<br />

parts, i.e. spare parts are available<br />

worldwide at short notice.<br />

The basic module has the simplest<br />

design for the heating <strong>system</strong>. Various<br />

combinations are possible with this basic<br />

module and are pre-assembled in a built-in<br />

wall cabinet.<br />

The primary circuit consists of shutoff<br />

ball valve, bleeding and draining device,<br />

flushing unit, insertion sleeve, filter, and<br />

panel heat exchanger, connection piece for<br />

heat meter, manometer and thermometer.<br />

The secondary circuit consists of 3-way<br />

valve, heating pump, bleeding and draining<br />

device, flushing unit, safety valve for<br />

3 bar, overflow valve, shutoff ball valve, filter,<br />

thermometer and manome<br />

breaker by means of panel heat<br />

exchanger<br />
