Key Features – This site has been largely developed. It is adjacent to a protected
area, so theoretically, it would be nice as a buffer, however there is not much left
anymore.
Importance – None.
Connectivity – Within 500 feet of existing conservation lands.
Proximity to Urban Areas - Site is within the city of Port St. Lucie.
Proximity to primary and secondary roads – Within 500 feet of a major roadway.
Hydrology – The site is predominantly just well-drained sand. There are fingers
that abut the canal, but no apparent drainage patterns exist here.
