9. Conclusion
Integrated transport approaches are not isolated solutions based upon the population residential areas and
solutions of connecting and moving people for their desires locations, instead, it should be based on the
solutions that are sustainable and multidimensional benefits. The Continuous City Transportation
Network approach provides for the most beneficial solutions to future of urban. Urbanization is increasing
as well as urban sprawl is the most daunting challenge being faced by planners in all countries across the
globe. People move closer to jobs and then as jobs are located in cities, then people are moving to cities.
Traditional solutions have been a piecemeal approach, which only deals with a single issue, and
integration is often not possible because holistic approaches require consultation with other urban
stakeholders, which is not the case at the present. These stakeholders are rarely at the agreement and
consensus because each is interested in solving their own challenge. The Continuous City approach places
all stakeholders into the agreement because the approach is novel and confirms the liberty of people with
freedom to move and work as well as enjoying added benefits of the ecological preservation. Damage to
the environment will be negligible because national and regional zoning will be sensitive of the ecological
preservation. Urbanization is continuing with several large cities of the world transforming into
megacities, therefore it is the time to resolve the urbanization as a serious issue of the century. With the
adoption of the Continuous City approach, future will be sustainable and beneficial with low cost and
planned transport infrastructure and transportation networks.
