quantified. According to the ACG analysis, these unquantified benefits would need to be greater<br />

Business Cost Calculator Findings<br />

The following is an estimate of the annual cost to small, medium <strong>and</strong> large businesses for the<br />

implementati<strong>on</strong> of a ban opti<strong>on</strong>. This estimate is based <strong>on</strong> the following assumpti<strong>on</strong>s some of<br />

which were used to inform the ACG reports. Please note that these are indicative <strong>on</strong>ly <strong>and</strong> are<br />

provided to inform the c<strong>on</strong>sultati<strong>on</strong> process. The ACG analysis takes into account more impacts<br />

<strong>on</strong> costs <strong>and</strong> benefits, for example such as theft. Tables for c<strong>on</strong>sidering the break down of costs<br />

under the ACG analysis can be view in Appendix C of the May 2006 ACG report.<br />
