The Cus<strong>to</strong>mer Service Centre has two locations:<br />

>> 141 Walker Street, <strong>Townsville</strong> <strong>City</strong> and<br />

>> Civic Centre, 86 Thuringowa Drive (corner of Hinchinbrook Drive), Thuringowa Central.<br />

Both centres are open from 8am – 5pm Monday <strong>to</strong> Friday.<br />

The Cus<strong>to</strong>mer Service Centre can be contacted during opening hours on 4727 9000. This is the main<br />

contact number for all council departments; a Cus<strong>to</strong>mer Service Officer will be able <strong>to</strong> assist you in<br />

reaching the correct department.<br />
