SERVICES: Administers a variety of public assistance programs including Cash Assistance under the Family Assistance Program,<br />
and Safety Net Assistance; Food Stamps, Medical Assistance, Home Energy Assistance, Child and Adult Protective <strong>Services</strong>,<br />
Foster Care, Adoption <strong>Services</strong>, Child Day Care subsidies and other assistance programs. Employment and Training services<br />
include Workforce Investment Act (WIA) (see Employment & Training listing for further information). Child Support Enforcement<br />
services are provided by application or referral. <strong>Services</strong> include establishment of paternity, child support and medical support,<br />
enforcement of child support, and the collection and disbursement of child support payments.<br />

SERVICES: Provides <strong>Oswego</strong> <strong>County</strong> residents, businesses, industries, and institutions a program for the disposal and recycling<br />
of solid waste, including management of a sanitary landfill, an Energy Recovery Facility, five transfer stations and recycling<br />
centers, and compost areas; provides solid waste and recycling management information in <strong>Oswego</strong> <strong>County</strong>.<br />
