SERVICES: We believe children learn best through the process of Discovery! The active learning or “hands-on” approach is<br />
developmentally appropriate for children of all ages and includes a variety of exciting indoor and outdoor learning activities. Quality<br />
early childhood programming is provided to children in a warm, caring learning environment with a Licensed Practical Nurse on<br />
staff. Day care services are provided for children 18 months to 12 years old. A full breakfast, lunch, and a nutritious afternoon<br />
snack are provided through the direction of a registered dietitian. Part-time or Full-time services and subsidized care is available.<br />

SERVICES: A before and after school program held at James E. Lanigan, Volney, Granby, and Fairgrieve Elementary Schools in<br />
Fulton and Fairley Elementary School in Hannibal. School Age Child Care provides parents with a well-supervised place to leave<br />
their children, and gives children the opportunity to interact with others in a fun atmosphere. Children are welcome to attend a full<br />
day program at the Fulton YMCA during vacations from school and on snow days.<br />

SERVICES: For ages 3 to 5 of age, must be 3 by December 1st. Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 11:30 AM.<br />
Operates from September through May. Staff includes full time teacher and teacher's assistant. Parents' help is optional. Cost is<br />
$80 per month. It all starts here with enthusiasm and simulation for motor, language, cognitive and social skills. Fun and exciting<br />
field trips offered.<br />

SERVICES: A program designed to provide eligible families with financial assistance to meet the cost of approved day care.<br />
Participants must meet eligibility guidelines and be in need of day care. Participants can be working, enrolled in a WIA approved<br />
community college or vocational training program with a specific vocational objective, or enrolled in high school. Referrals are<br />
received from the Department of Social <strong>Services</strong>, day care centers, or on a call -in basis.<br />
** Participation depends on eligibility and availability of funds. Funding is limited by state and federal allocations.<br />
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday evening hours are available by appointment only.)<br />
