SERVICES: Home Aides of Central New York provides home care services including home health aides, respite care, personal<br />

emergency response system, caregiver referrals, home health aide training, as well as personal care aides;<br />

companions/homemakers; and RN assessments. Through our companion, homemaker, home health aide, and RN services we<br />

assist older people and people with disabilities with the activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, errands, groceries, light<br />

housekeeping, personal laundry and personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders.<br />

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM Homecare services are provided 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Administrative staff<br />

is on call 24/7. We serve Onondaga, Madison and <strong>Oswego</strong> counties.<br />

SERVICES: Hospitals Home Health Care, Inc. provides certified health services to <strong>Oswego</strong> <strong>County</strong> residents in their homes 24<br />

hours a day, seven days a week. The services it offers include skilled nursing, medical social services and home health care<br />

aides. Hospitals Home Health Care can also provide physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, high infusion and<br />

wound management, and nutrition information.<br />

SERVICES: <strong>Oswego</strong> Hospital provides 24 hour emergency communication service 365 days a year for residents of <strong>Oswego</strong><br />

<strong>County</strong> that fosters increased independence and peace of mind. An affiliate of <strong>Oswego</strong> Health and <strong>Oswego</strong> Hospital, the Lifeline<br />

Service is administered through the Home Aide for <strong>Oswego</strong> <strong>County</strong> Service Department. Round-the-clock calls for assistance/help<br />

at the push of a button are received at Philips Lifeline. Professionally trained staff answer incoming calls and can dispatch<br />

assistance within minutes.<br />

SERVICES: The Center is a comprehensive and proactive prevention program that works toward providing a campus environment<br />

which promotes low-risk choices for students and reflects the attitudes, behaviors and values of healthy lifestyles.<br />

Peer Educators are trained to facilitate on-campus as well as off-campus presentations that deal with alcohol and other drugs,<br />

general wellness, violence prevention and Sexual Health (including abstinence) Certified Peer Education (CPE) training is<br />

provided. Other Center services include street outreach, resource and information library, video library, pamphlets, brochures and<br />

periodicals.<br />

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30AM – 4:30 PM and by appointment<br />
