Overview<br />
DAQ and Converter Modules from ICP-DAQ<br />
Ethernet, RS485 or USB ■ I Series<br />
ICP DAS offers a series of modules that provide the system<br />
designer with those unique building blocks for assembling a<br />
serial oriented system. Whether your need is for remote serial<br />
communication, isolating serial lines or for using the USB bus<br />
to add a COM port, ICP DAS had your solution.<br />
To round out the system, ICS DAS’s Data Acquisition and<br />
Control modules can be run from the COM port of a PC or<br />
remotely using the RS485 output from an Ethernet to serial<br />
converter. Each Ethernet to <strong>Serial</strong> Converter includes software<br />
for addressing the converter over the Internet or on<br />
your network and for virtualizing the converter’s remote serial<br />
ports as a COM port attached to your PC.<br />
