Two-part tool system for drilling and
simultaneous deburring, chamfering or
countersinking the hole, e.g. countersinking
threaded boreholes to DIN 336.
The countersink ring bears two solid
carbide reversable blades. It is infinitely
variable in the axial plane and is clamped
by two screws. The ring is secured
against rotating by two pilot grooves on
the holder.
Two large-size recesses in the inner diameter
of the ring along the holder
grooves ensure optimum swarf removal.
For drilling of steel and cast steel alloyed
and non-alloyed, grey cast iron, malleable
cast iron, spheroidal graphite iron,
bronze, brass.
Point grind: facet ground, suitable
for the indexable insert
Point angle: 90° step angle
