B. Metal-framed storefront doors: Extruded aluminum, factory-engineered, -fabricated, and<br />

-finished, fixed thermal framing supporting glazing, panels, and doors, complete with<br />

glazing, glazing seals, flashings, and anchors.<br />

1. Glazing method: Glazing caps with gaskets; allow for reglazing individual panes from<br />

exterior without disturbing adjacent panes.<br />

2. Gaskets and setting blocks: EPDM, ASTM C 864-2005; or silicone rubber, ASTM C<br />

1115-2006.<br />

3. Structural glazing sealant: ASTM C 1184-2005 silicone.<br />

4. Designer qualifications: Licensed pr<strong>of</strong>essional engineer.<br />

C. Insulated Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester Faced Doors<br />

1. Fiberglass reinforced polyester face material: 0.120-inch minimum thickness, with color<br />

integral through full thickness <strong>of</strong> face sheet and sandstone texture finish.<br />

2. Core material: Urethane foam <strong>of</strong> 5 pounds per cubic foot density for doors.<br />

3. Frames: Heavy-wall aluminum.<br />

D. Insulated Steel Doors and Frames<br />

1. Minimum 14-gauge doors and frames.<br />

2. Fully welded construction.<br />

3. Provide hot-dipped zinc-coated steel complying with ASTM A653-G90 or equivalent.<br />
