B EACH GROVE GOLF CLUB Room Rates The Library The Library is a beautifully decorated room with warm wood paneling, hardwood flooring and high ceilings. It is suitable for a sit-down meeting/dinner for up to 36 people. It includes a comfortable leather furnished seating area with a beautiful fireplace. The private deck boasts views of Boundary Bay and Mount Baker. $100 The Dining Room This cozy room opens onto a large, covered patio with spectacular views of the golf course. It is the smallest room available, suitable for a sit-down meeting or dinner for up to 36 people. $100 The Banquet Room This room is the largest single hospitality space available for use at Beach Grove Golf Club. It is suitable for a dinner/dance for up to 60 people or a seated dinner for up to 90 people. A private bar is located inside and the room opens onto a large patio with spectacular views of the golf course. $250 ** It is possible to open the partition wall between the dining room and banquet room to create a space suitable for a sit-down dinner of up to 140 people. The Entire Front of the Clubhouse For larger group it is possible to open all partition walls so that the Ballroom, the Dining Room and the Member’s Mixed Grill can be enjoyed as one large space. This area would be suitable for a dinner/dance for up to 180 people, and a cocktail reception for up to 300 people.
