3.1. Introduction and Methods of Assessing Sustainability
Local music education services in Cork City were described in the previous section. Here
the sustainability of community service providers is assessed based on four dimensions:
organisation, resources, people and process. These aspects are described below. The
framework is based on an approach to community assessment and analysis which
uses the philosophy, principles and strategies associated with community economic
development.
