Deutsche Bahn & Masaood Group
awarded contract
German national rail operator Deutsche
Bahn moved closer to a deal worth billions
of Euros to build the rail network in the UAE,
the company had announced after it signed
a memorandum of understanding (MoU) last
month. The (MoU), signed in Abu Dhabi,
lays out a strategic partnership between the
rail giant and UAE-based Al Masaood Group
for the planning, construction and operation
of rail systems.
