dvě mimořádná ocenění. HolidayCheck Award za rok<br />
2013 ho řadí mezi nejoblíbenější světové hotely v kategorii<br />
wellness & relaxace. O vítězích rozhodlo více než 980 000<br />
recenzí hotelů odevzdaných v roce 2013 v šesti kategoriích:<br />
jednička v zemi, dovolená u moře, městský pobyt,<br />
wellness & relaxace, rodinná dovolená a dovolená ve dvou.<br />
<strong>Spa</strong> Resort Sanssouci bodoval rovněž na nezávislém<br />
celosvětovém turistickém portálu TripAdvisor.com, kde<br />
získal Certifikát nejvyšší kvality – Certificate of Excellence<br />
za rok 2013. Na největším světovém portálu, který<br />
cestovatelům umožňuje dělit se o své zážitky a zejména<br />
předávat doporučení k pobytu, byl karlovarský lázeňský<br />
hotel oceněn zejména za kvalitu lázeňských a hotelových<br />
služeb, vstřícný personál i vynikající kuchyni.<br />
„Jsem potěšen, že <strong>Spa</strong> Resort Sanssouci je vysoce<br />
hodnocen mezi hosty i mezi odborníky,“ konstatoval<br />
ředitel resortu Robert Jahn. „Do rekonstrukce<br />
a modernizace hotelových, restauračních a především<br />
lázeňských služeb jsme v nedávné minulosti investovali<br />
významné prostředky, v řádu stamiliónů korun, a jsme<br />
rádi, že se nám tato investice vrací prostřednictvím<br />
dobrých referencí a významných ocenění. Už v letech<br />
2010 až 2012 jsme získali prestižní titul Czech Republic’s<br />
Leading <strong>Spa</strong> Resort, o kterém v rámci World Travel<br />
Awards každoročně rozhodují tisíce odborníků z celého<br />
světa. Ale za daleko podstatnější považuji spokojenost<br />
našich hostů. Opravdu nám nejde o jejich hlasy<br />
v různých anketách, ale o to, aby se k nám rádi vraceli.“<br />
Celkem osm let náročných prací předcházelo otevření<br />
<strong>Spa</strong> Resortu Sanssouci v dubnu 2009, kdy vznikl moderní<br />

The <strong>Spa</strong> Resort Sanssouci in Carlsbad received two<br />
extraordinary awards this year. The HolidayCheck<br />
Award for 2013 makes it one of the most popular hotels<br />
in the world in the wellness & relaxation category.<br />
The winners were decided by 980,000 hotel reviews,<br />
submitted in 2013 in the following six categories: first<br />
in the world, holiday by the sea, city and town stay,<br />
wellness & relaxation, family holiday and holiday for<br />
couples. <strong>Spa</strong> Resort Sanssouci also scored points on the<br />
independent worldwide tourist portal TripAdvisor.com,<br />
where it received a Certificate of Excellence for 2013.<br />
On this largest worldwide portal, which allows travellers<br />
to share their experience and particularly recommend<br />
places to stay, this Carlsbad spa hotel received points<br />
chiefly for the quality of its spa and hotel services, its<br />
accommodating staff and excellent cuisine.<br />
“I am pleased that <strong>Spa</strong> Resort Sanssouci is so highly<br />

director. “We recently invested significant funds,<br />

opening of <strong>Spa</strong> Resort Sanssouci in April 2009, when<br />
this modern resort with a wide range of first-class spa,<br />

die Sieger haben mehr als 980.000 Hotelrezensionen<br />
entschieden, die im Jahre 2013 in sechs Kategorien<br />
abgegeben worden sind: die Nummer Eins im<br />
Lande, Urlaub am Meer, Stadtaufenthalt, Wellness &<br />
Entspannung, Familienurlaub und Urlaub zu zweit.<br />
Das <strong>Spa</strong> Resort Sanssouci konnte ebenfalls auf dem<br />

com Punkte sammeln, wo es das Zertifikat höchster<br />
