<strong>Federation</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Jewish</strong> <strong>Men's</strong> <strong>Clubs</strong><br />
Purposes:<br />
JOINT MEETING PROGRAM GRANTS<br />
1. To enhance individual club programming capabilities.<br />
2. To encourage inter-club camaraderie.<br />
3. To increase M.A.R. support to its member clubs.<br />
Guidelines:<br />
1. The joint program must be planned for at least two (2) clubs in good standing in<br />
the M.A.R. The application must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance <strong>of</strong> the<br />
program.<br />
2. The program must be <strong>of</strong> <strong>Jewish</strong> content or be <strong>of</strong> relevant content to the <strong>Jewish</strong><br />
Community, and the program dates must not conflict with other planned regional<br />
activities.<br />
3. M.A.R. will grant up to $200 toward program speaker cost only. The clubs in this<br />
joint program will assume the responsibility for publicity, transportation costs <strong>of</strong> the<br />
speaker and other related costs <strong>of</strong> their program.<br />
4. Regional funds are budgeted and will be distributed on a first come basis. Grants<br />
from M.A.R. will be sent one week prior to the date <strong>of</strong> the program.<br />
5. If the club receives a grant from the Region and the program is canceled, the<br />
grant must be returned to the Region within 10 working days.<br />
6. <strong>Clubs</strong> that receive funds must submit appropriate receipts within 10 days <strong>of</strong> the<br />
subsidized program.<br />
