Informative newspapers and newsletters for <strong>Men's</strong> Club members and leaders<br />
Membership support services provided by the FJMC's pr<strong>of</strong>essional staff and<br />
experienced volunteers as well as local support from regional <strong>of</strong>ficers<br />
Convention: Every two years, member <strong>Men's</strong> <strong>Clubs</strong> throughout North America gather to<br />
learn, teach, and be recognized for their achievements. At convention Torch Awards are<br />
presented to clubs to recognize outstanding programs. They are a valuable programming<br />
and membership tool for every <strong>Men's</strong> Club which takes the opportunity to use this<br />
valuable and practical resource. Summaries <strong>of</strong> winning entries are sent to every club<br />
president. The convention is the wellspring from which most <strong>of</strong> the following resources<br />
initially flow.<br />
Leadership Training Seminars: FJMC/MAR is committed to providing a significant<br />
number <strong>of</strong> leadership training seminars each year on the following topics: Membership,<br />
Motivation, Fund Raising, Programming, and Countering Hebrew Christianity. Learn what<br />
your club can do to stop the activities <strong>of</strong> Jews for Jesus and other missionary<br />
organizations from preying on your children and community. All affiliated <strong>Men's</strong> <strong>Clubs</strong><br />
should have received one free copy <strong>of</strong> the FJMC's Countering Hebrew Christianity<br />
Manual. Also available is a Club Officers Manual that provides guidelines for building<br />
and maintaining a successful <strong>Men's</strong> Club.<br />
Hearing <strong>Men's</strong> Voices: A Program Series Focusing on <strong>Men's</strong> Issues. The first<br />
installment, entitled Our Fathers Ourselves, explores men's roles in the <strong>Jewish</strong> family and<br />
provides programming to help men better understand and strengthen their relationships<br />
with their fathers and sons. The second installment discusses health issues that concern<br />
Men and will provide tips on how to live a healthier and happier life. The third installment<br />
focuses on <strong>Men's</strong> spiritual lives and examines the nature <strong>of</strong> our relationships with G-d.<br />
<strong>Men's</strong> Club Shabbat March 12-13<br />
A complete weekend <strong>of</strong> programs including attractive posters and promotional materials,<br />
Divrei Torah and social action suggestions.<br />
