Kyaukphru (Station 48071, 19° 23' N 93° 33' E), it is a 10 cm type radar. Although it is not clear, Tun Lwin<br />

probably refers to a Doppler weather surveillance radar, which provides information on the radial velocity and<br />

spectral width of cyclones along with various meteorological, hydrological and aviation data (useful for forecasters<br />

in estimating the cyclone’s center, its intensity and its future movement), whereas conventional radars provide<br />
