Home Inspection Licensing<br />
coming fall ’07<br />
In just seven months you can prepare for<br />
a new career or supplemental income for<br />
your retirement. This program meets <strong>the</strong><br />
requirements <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> NYS Home Inspection<br />
licensing law and helps prepare you for <strong>the</strong><br />
certification exam. The program consists <strong>of</strong><br />
100 hours <strong>of</strong> classroom study and 40 hours<br />
<strong>of</strong> in-field experience conducting 10 residential<br />
home inspections (on <strong>week</strong>ends).<br />
