This is the plan for stage 3, during which we will prepare the pens for <br />
distribuDon, by selecDng the supplier and the type of pen based on <br />
evaluaDons in the last stage, place order, and expedite the order. <br />
2. Prerequisites, Assumptions, External Dependencies<br />
Evaluators will fill in the forms in Dme and precisely, supplier will <br />
prepare the pens in an appropriate Dme, Internal recourses will not be <br />
charge of the project. <br />
