3. If the bid is submitted <strong>for</strong> supply portion under Licensee/Licensor agreement ,<br />
then the financial criteria under [B] 2 is to be satisfied considering Licensor as<br />
one of the JV partner ( Condition 3(II) of [A] shall be applicable).<br />
4. Further, in case of the bid to be furnish as a JV/Consortium partners then the<br />
each JV/Consortium partners has to furnish 5% of the overall tender cost<br />
towards the B.G. in addition to the 10% of the Bank Guarantee to be submitted<br />
by the lead partner ( as security deposit). The terms, conditions & validity of all<br />
such BG’s shall be the same.<br />
5. The bidder shall have to furnish a brief write-up, backed with adequate data,<br />
explaining his available capacity (both technical and financial such as profit loss<br />
statement, balance sheet, auditor’s report <strong>for</strong> last three years, bankers<br />
certificate etc.) <strong>for</strong> manufacture and supply of the required material, within the<br />
specified time of completion, after meeting all their current commitments when<br />
bid either as individual bidder or JV/Consortium and supply portion under<br />
Licensee/Licensor agreement.<br />
Copies of original documents defining the constitution or legal status, place of<br />
registration and principal place of business of the company shall also be<br />
submitted along with the bid.<br />
The owner may assess the capacity & capability of the bidders, to successfully<br />
execute the scope of work covered under the work with in stipulated completion<br />
period. This assessment shall inter-alia include.<br />
1) Document verification<br />
2) Bidders work/manufacturing facilities visit<br />
3) Manufacturing capacity, details of work executed, works in hand, anticipated in<br />
future & the balance capacity available <strong>for</strong> the present scope of work<br />
4) Details of testing facilities, manpower and financial resources<br />
5) Details of quality system in place<br />
6) Past experience & per<strong>for</strong>mance<br />
7) Customer feed back<br />
8) Banker’s feed back<br />
Additional Documents:<br />
Apart From various documents to be furnished along with the Bid as<br />
required in the GCC and ECC, the following documents/details are to be<br />
furnished by the Bidder:<br />
1. Service Tax Registration No. date/ issuing authority.<br />
2. Details of Partners/Directors of the Firm/Company.<br />
3. Experience Record and details of orders pending / executed <strong>for</strong><br />
Various Utilities<br />
4. Solvency certificate from Bank (up to 20 % of Bid value).<br />
