Application<br />
When producing small milled parts it is practically<br />
impossible to hold the part during counter-operations.<br />
To avoid having to perform reworking operations,<br />
the smart solution is to clamp the workpiece<br />
from the inside during counter-operations.<br />
Benefits<br />
Reworking operations are eliminated and the precision<br />
of machining between operations and counteroperations<br />
is guaranteed. In the case of fragile workpieces,<br />
the possibility of clamping from the interior<br />
offers an alternative to avoid marking external surface<br />
conditions. The system of adjustment at the<br />
front with the two-part nut allows precision adjustment<br />
of clamp opening and prevents marking the<br />
bore.<br />
