Cat UHE (Ultra High Efficiency) Air <strong>Filter</strong>s feature a unique surface that extends filter life<br />

up to six times that of st<strong>and</strong>ard filters <strong>and</strong> benefits engine life. Caterpillar engineers its<br />

UHE Air <strong>Filter</strong>s to provide best protection for your engine components.<br />

• Less dust ingested = reduced engine wear—An immediate dust build-up on the filter’s<br />

very fine synthetic surface creates a cake that reduces the amount of dust reaching the<br />

engine. UHE Air <strong>Filter</strong>s are almost at peak efficiency when br<strong>and</strong> new.<br />

• Higher efficiency = less restriction—The surface particle cake is more porous than<br />

st<strong>and</strong>ard dust-coated media fibers, allowing deeper fibers to filter longer while providing<br />

better air flow.<br />

• Less restriction = better engine performance <strong>and</strong> fuel economy—It takes less power to<br />

pull in air so the engine “breathes” easier.<br />

• Longer filter life = reduced contamination—Higher dust capacity reduces filter changes<br />
