During the finalisation phase the on-screen Options of EJECT, LOAD & EXIT will not operate.<br />
On completion of the finalisation, the DVD disk tray will open and the below on screen information<br />

12. Shut down procedure.<br />
Once the disk in the drive has been removed and the tray closed the operator is free to begin<br />
another Enforcement period or shut down the system for storage.<br />
